 I'll teach you easy to learn, deeply moving songs of the spirit that we'll come alive singing together. Some you'll want to belt out, and some will take you into a beautiful meditative state.

Singing to Transcend - half-day retreats

Singing to Transcend is a half-day immersive retreat designed to lift you out of the noise of the mind and into both your body and a higher consciousness. At its center is singing itself — the kind of sustained, communal, cyclical singing that has been used across cultures and centuries to shift consciousness, open the heart, and carry people into augmented states of consciousness and connection. Through themed reflection and guided singing and chanting, we build toward that transcendence together: getting free of fear and anxiety, setting down the heavier parts of being human, and rising into a felt sense of wholeness.
